Kidapawan City, Cotabato – The Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (DENR-PENRO) Cotabato inspired young minds to take action for the environment during the Environmental Sustainability Seminar organized by Kidapawan Doctors College, Inc. (KDCI) on March 31, 2025.

With the theme “Eco Warrior: Protect, Preserve, and Sustain; Greener Actions, Greener Tomorrow,” DMO III Elmer Oliveros, PhD led the discussion on the 7-Point Priority Agenda of DENR, highlighting pressing environmental challenges in Cotabato Province and practical ways students can contribute to conservation efforts.

Around 140 first-year college students participated in the event, actively engaging in the open forum to exchange ideas and insights on how they can become responsible stewards of the environment.
