𝐊𝐒𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐒𝐭𝐲, π‚π¨π­πšπ›πšπ­π¨ – The DENR-12 Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) Cotabato, provided 400 Indigenous tree seedlings to the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Kabacan for its tree-growing initiative.

The Malabayabas (Tristaniopsis π˜₯𝘦𝘀𝘰𝘳𝘡π˜ͺ𝘀𝘒𝘡𝘒) seedlings, sourced from the Modern Mechanized Forest Nursery (MMFN), were officially turned over to the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) of Kabacan. These will be planted as part of the LGU’s ongoing reforestation and climate resilience efforts.

This collaborative initiative highlights the strengthened partnership between DENR 12- PENRO Cotabato and LGU-Kabacan in restoring and protecting the local environment. By fostering tree-growing activities, both agencies contribute to enhancing biodiversity, mitigating climate change, and ensuring a greener future for the community
